It comprises of the main house with a very spacious living area, an open well-equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. A well-sized laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen area.

The 2 guest bedrooms (AC) with en-suite bathrooms are lodged in a separate building.

All rooms look out to a beautiful swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters and the amazing natural environment. There is also a big garden area sloping down to the valley. It is a perfect place for adding a meditation Bale.

The whole villa is beautifully furnished with wooden furniture and Balinese elements, like the big carved sofa in the living room and the 4-poster bed in the master bedroom. An extensive terrace is equipped with a dining table and wooden benches. White rattan sunbeds, chairs and a table complete the outdoor area.

High quality materials like cream-colored marble floor tiles are used throughout the villa.

The parking space for 1 car is near the main road and a small walk-way of 30 meters leads to the villa. This path can be also be used by motorbikes, which can be parked in front of the villa entrance.

This villa is available for yearly rental for: USD 38,600 /year, which includes garden and pool maintenance.

Fiber optic wifi is already paid for 1 year and is also included.

The 2 cleaning ladies available 3 times a week have to be paid by the tenant, but a schedule can be renegotiated with them.

There is also 1 security man who is shared with the 2 neighboring villas, who also has to be paid by the tenant.
